KAYSEN凱森臥式多級離心泵概述：
臥式多級離心泵系臥式單吸多級分段式離心泵，采用了格林推薦使用的高效節(jié)能產(chǎn)品的水力模型，在行業(yè)內(nèi)居技術(shù)*地位。具有效率高、性能范圍廣、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)安全和平衡、噪音低、壽命長、安裝維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。供輸送清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于水的其它液體。也可以通過改變泵過流部件材質(zhì)、密封形式和增加冷卻系統(tǒng)用于輸送熱水、油類、腐蝕性或含磨粒的介質(zhì)。產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行ASME B73標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《多級清水離心泵型式與基本參數(shù)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

KAYSEN凱森臥式多級離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明：

臥式多級離心泵是殼體部分、轉(zhuǎn)子部分、平衡結(jié)構(gòu)、軸承部分及密封部分組成。
1、殼體部分：
殼體部分主要由吸入段、中段、吐出段、導(dǎo)葉、后段、軸承體等用螺栓聯(lián)接而成。泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，從驅(qū)動端看泵為順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
2、轉(zhuǎn)子部分：
轉(zhuǎn)子部分主要由軸及裝在軸上的葉輪、軸套、平衡盤等零件組成。軸上零件采用平鍵和軸套螺母緊固使之與軸成為一體，整個轉(zhuǎn)子由兩端軸承支承在泵殼體中。轉(zhuǎn)子部件中葉輪數(shù)是根據(jù)泵級數(shù)而定的。
本型號泵在使用時，軸封一定要接水封水。采用是水封水分兩種情況：一種是采用*級葉輪的出水，另一種是引用外來水。凡表3中標(biāo)明接水封水的均有引用外來水封水，未標(biāo)明接水封水的均是采用*級葉輪的出水作水封水。軸封的填料松緊程度必須適當(dāng)，當(dāng)液體能一滴一滴滲出為宜。當(dāng)被輸送的介質(zhì)溫度高于80℃時，必須向水冷填料壓蓋和軸封冷卻室通入液冷卻，冷卻水和引用外來的水封水均為常溫清水，冷卻水水壓為1.5-3kg/m3，水封水的壓力要高于密封腔為0.5-1kg/m3。
3、平衡機(jī)構(gòu)：
平衡機(jī)構(gòu)由平衡環(huán)、平衡套、平衡盤和平衡管路等組成。
4、軸承部分：
軸承部分主要由軸承體和軸承組成。本型泵軸承有滑動軸承和流通動兩種。軸承均不承受軸向力，泵在運(yùn)行中，轉(zhuǎn)子部分在泵殼體中應(yīng)能自由地軸向游動，不能采用向心球軸承。
5、泵的密封及冷卻：
殼體部分中的吸入段、中段、吐出段、導(dǎo)葉的結(jié)合面涂以二硫化鉬潤滑脂密封。
轉(zhuǎn)子部分與固定部分之間靠密封環(huán)、導(dǎo)葉套、填料等密封。當(dāng)密封環(huán)和導(dǎo)葉套的磨損程度已影響泵的工作和性能時，應(yīng)予及時更換。
