不銹鋼轉(zhuǎn)子泵core advantages
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵屬容積式泵，輸送流量可以較精確的控制也可方便地制成變量泵。而離心泵的輸出流量是不能控制的，隨著阻力的增加而下降；轉(zhuǎn)子泵有較強(qiáng)的自吸能力，而離心泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前必須先充滿液體。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵的轉(zhuǎn)速很低，一般在200rmp至600rmp之間，被輸送的物料被平穩(wěn)地輸出而其成份不會(huì)受到破壞。而離心泵的轉(zhuǎn)速很高，被輸送物料受到強(qiáng)力的撞擊以及離心力的作用，所以離心泵在輸送混合物時(shí)經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生物質(zhì)成份不一的現(xiàn)象，使成品的質(zhì)量下降。而萬用輸送泵正是解決這一問題的*選擇，所以它特別適用于輸送混合料甚至含有固體顆粒的物料。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵可用于輸送粘度很高的物質(zhì)，所以又稱膠體泵。而離心泵無此特性。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵可以方便地制成輸出壓力較高的品種，如150kgf/cm2，適宜于長(zhǎng)距離或高阻力定量輸送。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵的制作較復(fù)雜精密，成本高，這也是它與離心泵相比*的區(qū)別。
●The rotor pump is a positive displacement pump, the delivery flow can be controlled more accurately and can also be easily made into a variable pump. The output flow of the centrifugal pump cannot be controlled, and it decreases as the resistance increases; the rotor pump has a strong self-priming ability, and the centrifugal pump must be filled with liquid before running.
●The rotating speed of the rotor pump is very low, generally between 200rmp and 600rmp, the conveyed material is output smoothly without destroying its components. The speed of the centrifugal pump is very high, and the conveyed material is subjected to strong impact and centrifugal force. Therefore, the centrifugal pump often produces inconsistent material composition when conveying the mixture, which reduces the quality of the finished product. The universal transfer pump is the best choice to solve this problem, so it is especially suitable for conveying mixed materials and even materials containing solid particles.
●Rotary pump can be used to transport materials with high viscosity, so it is also called colloid pump. The centrifugal pump does not have this feature.
●The rotor pump can be easily made into varieties with higher output pressure, such as 150kgf/cm2, which is suitable for long-distance or high-resistance quantitative transportation.
●The production of rotary pump is more complicated and precise, and the cost is high. This is the biggest difference between it and centrifugal pump.
