KAYSEN凱森進(jìn)口潛水深井泵概述：
1、潛水深井泵為離心式或混流式；采用水潤(rùn)滑軸承；與電機(jī)的聯(lián)接采用聯(lián)軸器剛性聯(lián)接。深井泵葉輪在電機(jī)帶動(dòng)下旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力，使液體能量增加經(jīng)泵殼的導(dǎo)流作用進(jìn)行提水。在水泵上端設(shè)有逆止閥體，防止電泵停機(jī)時(shí)，因揚(yáng)水管中倒流的水損壞工作部件。閥上有泄水孔，可將管路中的水緩緩放掉，防止冬天凍裂管路。 (注：低揚(yáng)程潛水泵不設(shè)逆止閥體)
2、潛水深井泵的電機(jī)為密閉充水濕式結(jié)構(gòu)。電機(jī)定子繞組采用耐水的聚乙烯絕緣，尼龍護(hù)套多層結(jié)構(gòu)的電磁線。導(dǎo)軸承及推力軸承均采用水潤(rùn)滑材質(zhì)。電機(jī)內(nèi)部充滿清水，用以冷卻電機(jī)和潤(rùn)滑軸承。電機(jī)底部裝有調(diào)壓膜，用以調(diào)整由電機(jī)溫升引起的機(jī)體內(nèi)清水的脹縮壓差。電機(jī)的上端軸上裝有防砂機(jī)構(gòu)，用來(lái)阻止水中泥砂進(jìn)入機(jī)體內(nèi)部。
3、潛水深井泵的管路部分：用以聯(lián)接電泵使其吊裝在機(jī)井中，將水輸送到地面上去。主要由短輸水管、輸水管、彎管、夾板等部件組成。短輸出管是輸水管路與電泵的連接過(guò)渡部件。彎管安裝在井口處，以改變水流的傳送方向。夾板是在深井泵的安裝過(guò)程中吊裝和固定輸出管路。

Germany Kaysen imported submersible deep well pump overview:
1. The submersible deep well pump is centrifugal or mixed flow; it uses water-lubricated bearings; the connection to the motor uses a rigid coupling. The impeller of the deep well pump is driven by the motor to generate centrifugal force, which increases the energy of the liquid and conducts water extraction through the diversion effect of the pump casing. A check valve body is provided on the upper end of the water pump to prevent the working parts from being damaged by the backflow water in the water pipe when the electric pump is stopped. The valve has a drain hole, which can slowly drain the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking in winter. (Note: The low-lift submersible pump does not have a check valve body)
2. The motor of the submersible deep well pump is a closed water-filled wet structure. The stator winding of the motor adopts water-resistant polyethylene insulation and nylon sheathed multi-layer electromagnetic wires. Both guide bearing and thrust bearing are made of water lubricated material. The motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The bottom of the motor is equipped with a pressure regulating film to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the clean water in the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. The upper shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand control mechanism to prevent mud and sand from entering the body.
3. The pipeline part of the submersible deep well pump: it is used to connect the electric pump so that it is hoisted in the machine well and transports the water to the ground. It is mainly composed of short water pipe, water pipe, elbow, splint and other components. The short output pipe is the transitional part of the connection between the water pipeline and the electric pump. The elbow is installed at the wellhead to change the direction of water flow. The splint is used to hoist and fix the output pipeline during the installation of the deep well pump.
