KAYSEN凱森容積泵概述
利用泵缸內(nèi)容積的變化來輸送液體的泵。
往復(fù)泵：
往復(fù)泵是利用活塞的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)來輸送液體的泵，靠活塞的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)將能量直接以靜壓能的形式傳送液體。由于液體是不可壓縮的，所以在活塞壓送液體時(shí)，可以使液體承受很高的壓強(qiáng)，從而獲得很高的揚(yáng)程。
轉(zhuǎn)子泵：
轉(zhuǎn)子泵由靜止的泵殼和旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子組成，它沒有吸入閥和排出閥，靠泵體內(nèi)的轉(zhuǎn)子與液體接觸的一側(cè)將能量以靜壓力形式直接作用于液體，并借旋轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)子的擠壓作用排出液體，同時(shí)在另一側(cè)留出空間，形成低壓，使液體連續(xù)吸入。轉(zhuǎn)子泵的壓頭較高，流量通常較小，排液均勻，適用于輸送粘度高，具有潤(rùn)滑性，但不含固體顆粒的液體。類型有齒輪泵、螺桿泵、滑片泵，撓性葉輪泵、羅茨泵、旋轉(zhuǎn)活塞泵等，其中齒輪泵和螺桿泵是最常見的轉(zhuǎn)子泵。
主要特點(diǎn)：
●具有離心泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的平穩(wěn)性，無噪聲（僅聽到電機(jī)聲)，無漏油現(xiàn)象，不需污油回收裝置及水冷卻等附屬設(shè)備；
●具有容積式泵效率高的特點(diǎn)，且壓力變化時(shí)排量恒定（定速)；
●泄漏點(diǎn)少、維護(hù)量小、維修費(fèi)用低、維修時(shí)間短，但是螺桿泵主要用于輸送高粘度的油品，輸送稀油的效率比較低，且出口壓力不能過高，否則內(nèi)漏增加，影響泵的安全使用，同時(shí)螺桿泵對(duì)流量的變化適應(yīng)差，對(duì)于流量變化大的管道需要設(shè)置變頻器等額外設(shè)備來調(diào)整泵流量。
主要應(yīng)用：
適用介質(zhì)有汽油、柴油、煤油，還有專門設(shè)計(jì)特殊介質(zhì)中使用的潛油泵，如100%甲醇、100%乙醇、超過15%甲醇汽油、異丙醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯等。
