液下泵是一種正壓輸送立式泵，可有效解決氣阻、氣蝕問題。輸送物料的防爆等級決定了液下泵產(chǎn)品具有不同的結構、工作原理、分類、適用范圍、產(chǎn)品優(yōu)缺點和操作方式，可簡單分為傳統(tǒng)液下泵（罐外1區(qū)防爆、罐內(nèi)0區(qū)不防爆）和新型液下泵（罐外1區(qū)防爆、罐內(nèi)0區(qū)防爆）兩大類。
主要特點：
●能夠與 CPT ANSI B73.1 化工泵互換外殼和葉輪
●球墨鑄鐵或雙相不銹鋼外殼配合雙相不銹鋼葉輪，使用壽命長

主要應用：

液下泵故障處理及防范措施：
液下泵在使用過程中，往往會遇到一些故障，下面介紹幾種常見故障，并提供處理方法及防范措施：
故障現(xiàn)象：
(1)液下泵運行正常不打水。
(2)液下泵運行有異音。
原因分析：
(1)泵吸入口有雜物，堵住液下泵正常運行。
(2)水泵檢修后電機接線反。
(3)泵軸承、軸套磨損嚴重，造成液下泵葉輪位移，與泵殼發(fā)生摩擦。
處理方法：
(1)清理液下泵入口雜物。
(2)聯(lián)系電熱重新調(diào)換電源線相級。
(3)拆卸液下泵，更換軸承及軸套，保證水泵葉輪與殼體有足夠的間隙。
防范措施：
(1)加強點檢，出現(xiàn)問題及時處理。
(2)提高員工的檢修工藝培訓，嚴格檢修質(zhì)量。
