抽沙泵適合抽取各種黃沙、礦砂、工礦企業(yè)輸送尾礦漿、尾沙礦、料漿、礦渣、電力粉煤灰輸送等具有強(qiáng)磨蝕的介質(zhì)。
主要特點(diǎn)：
高效、節(jié)能、耐磨、耐腐蝕、運(yùn)行可靠、揚(yáng)程高、流量大(*混合流量可達(dá)2000-5000立方/小時)、抽深大(最深可抽水下30米深)、輸送距離遠(yuǎn)適用范圍廣等特點(diǎn)。輸送的固液混合濃度可達(dá)到60%?？膳鋷щ姍C(jī)或者是柴油機(jī)驅(qū)動。

使用注意事項(xiàng)：
●抽沙泵在工作現(xiàn)場固定后，應(yīng)先檢查原動機(jī)主軸與泵主軸是否在同一軸線上，若不同軸應(yīng)即作精準(zhǔn)調(diào)整。
●泵的進(jìn)出水管路應(yīng)有承載支撐，避免管路重力施加于泵體。管路安裝應(yīng)從泵進(jìn)出口法蘭向外延伸，并立即做好支撐定位。
●抽沙泵工作時必須對填料室注入高壓清水以保護(hù)軸封組件。主泵在正常工作時不得關(guān)閉高壓清水泵。清水壓力應(yīng)大于抽沙泵工作壓力。填料室組件在沒有高壓清水保護(hù)的情況下會很快磨損。
●泵性能表中的吸程是指常溫清水條件下泵的抗汽蝕特性。在抽送泥沙作業(yè)時應(yīng)盡可能使泵的壓力為正壓。泥沙中含有較大固體顆粒時泵的流量揚(yáng)程也會受到影響，選型時應(yīng)對介質(zhì)情況予以考量。
●更換葉輪、襯板等易損件時應(yīng)對葉輪與前后襯板的間隙進(jìn)行調(diào)整，葉輪與襯板軸向間隙的大小對泵的性能和使用壽命有較大影響。
●請及時適量對軸承部位加注潤滑油脂。
●泵在工作中出現(xiàn)異常震動、噪聲及軸承溫升過高時，應(yīng)即停機(jī)檢查。
