主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
●沒(méi)有吸入閥和排出閥，它們的主要工作部件是泵殼和轉(zhuǎn)子（如齒輪、螺桿、凸輪等）。
●與往復(fù)泵相比，轉(zhuǎn)子作回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，沒(méi)有沖擊，轉(zhuǎn)速較高，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積較小。
●排出壓力一般較高，但比往復(fù)泵要低，流量比往復(fù)泵還要小，效率較低，一般只適用于輸送小量的液體，并大多作為輔助設(shè)備來(lái)使用。
●大多數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)子泵是依靠本身輸送的液體潤(rùn)滑的，故一般適用于輸送具有潤(rùn)滑性和不含固體顆粒的液體。
●轉(zhuǎn)子泵也是間歇排送液體的，所以流量的波動(dòng)比離心泵大，比往復(fù)泵小，但可看成近似均勻。
●當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子表面上有液膜存在（輸送潤(rùn)滑性液體）時(shí)，泵將具有自吸能力。
The main advantage:
● There is no suction valve and discharge valve. Their main working parts are the pump casing and the rotor (such as gears, screws, cams, etc.).
● Compared with reciprocating pumps, the rotors perform slewing motion, without impact, higher speed, compact structure and smaller volume.
● The discharge pressure is generally higher, but lower than the reciprocating pump, the flow rate is smaller than the reciprocating pump, and the efficiency is low. Generally it is only suitable for conveying a small amount of liquid, and it is mostly used as auxiliary equipment.
● Most rotor pumps are lubricated by the liquid they transport, so they are generally suitable for transporting liquids with lubricity and no solid particles.
● The rotor pump also discharges liquid intermittently, so the fluctuation of the flow is larger than that of the centrifugal pump and smaller than that of the reciprocating pump, but it can be regarded as approximately uniform.
● When there is liquid film on the rotor surface (transmitting lubricating liquid), the pump will have self-priming ability.

● Petrochemical industry: oily sewage, light oil, slop oil, heavy oil, transportation of crude oil, gasoline, diesel sweeping, methanol, ethanol unloading stations can use rotor pumps, substitute submerged pumps and diaphragm pumps.
