        旋渦泵是指葉輪為外緣部分帶有許多小葉片的整體*,液體在葉片和泵體流道中反復(fù)做旋渦運(yùn)動(dòng)的泵。旋渦泵雖屬于葉片式機(jī)械的范疇,但其工作過程、結(jié)構(gòu)以及特性曲線的形狀等與離心泵和其他類型泵都不太相同。


        主要特點(diǎn):

        旋渦泵是結(jié)構(gòu)最簡(jiǎn)單的高揚(yáng)程泵。與相同尺寸的離心泵相比,它的揚(yáng)程比離心泵高2~4倍;與相同揚(yáng)程的容積泵相比,它的尺寸要小得多,結(jié)構(gòu)也簡(jiǎn)單得多。
        旋渦泵的效率很低(由于液體在流道內(nèi)撞擊損失較大),*不超過45%,通常為15%~40%。因此,它難做成大功率的泵。從如今生產(chǎn)的旋渦泵來看,功率一般不超過30 kw。但低比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)的離心泵效率比它還低,因此,旋渦泵代替低比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)的離心泵使用的場(chǎng)合是很多的。

        主要應(yīng)用:
        在化學(xué)工業(yè)中輸送酸、堿及其他腐蝕性液體,要求泵具有小流量、高揚(yáng)程、較慢的化學(xué)反應(yīng)速度和較高的耐腐蝕性。由于旋渦泵的工作零件簡(jiǎn)單,因此易于實(shí)現(xiàn)上述要求。
        抽送介質(zhì)密度小的液體(如汽油、酒精等)。由于這些液體易于揮發(fā),因此抽送時(shí)多為汽液混輸,如機(jī)場(chǎng)、汽車配油站,甚至于飛機(jī)的加油。旋渦泵能進(jìn)行汽液混輸,在上述情況下工作,一般時(shí)間短,所以,效率低就不是主要問題了。

        代替液環(huán)泵作真率泵和低壓壓縮機(jī)。
        用于汽出及船用洗滌、飲水、消防等輔助設(shè)備。
        用于小型鍋爐輔助設(shè)備,用以供水。

        旋渦泵常見故障排除法:
               1、故障:旋渦泵消耗功率過大
          解決辦法:放松填料壓蓋,更換葉輪。關(guān)小閘閥,減小流量。
          2、故障:旋渦泵不吸水,壓力表劇烈跳動(dòng)
          解決辦法:灌足引水,檢查管路,排除漏氣現(xiàn)象。
          3、故障:出口壓力表指示有壓力,泵出水很少或不出水解決辦法:降低管阻。
          解決辦法:檢查電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向,除去葉輪堵塞物。增加轉(zhuǎn)速。
          4、故障:漩渦泵流量低于設(shè)計(jì)流量
          解決辦法:除去堵塞物,更換密封環(huán),增加轉(zhuǎn)速至銘牌上的規(guī)定值。
          5、故障:旋渦泵內(nèi)聲音反常,泵不出水
          解決辦法:檢查吸水管有無堵,清理底閥,降低液體溫度或降低吸水高度。
          6、故障:旋渦泵噪聲大
          解決辦法:調(diào)整旋渦泵和電機(jī),保證同心,更換新軸承。
          7、故障:旋渦泵軸承發(fā)熱
          解決辦法:加油,換好油或粘度小的油。更換軸承。調(diào)整泵和電機(jī),保證同心。
          8、故障:真空表指示高度真空,泵仍不吸水。
          解決辦法:檢查底閥活門靈活性,除掉堵塞物,盡量使吸水管路簡(jiǎn)單。降低吸水高度。
          9、故障:水泵振動(dòng)
          解決辦法:調(diào)整泵和電機(jī)使軸線對(duì)準(zhǔn),葉輪通過平衡試驗(yàn),不平衡重量要求在3克左右,更換軸承。
          不管任何的設(shè)備機(jī)械,在使用上或多或少都會(huì)遇到一些故障或者問題,只要在故障出現(xiàn)時(shí),及時(shí)的解決,還是可以保證正常工作的。所以,要重視平時(shí)的操作方法與保養(yǎng)維護(hù),是保證旋渦泵運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。

        The vortex pump refers to a pump in which the impeller is an integral wheel with many small blades on the outer edge portion, and the liquid repeatedly performs a vortex motion in the blade and the pump body flow passage. Although the vortex pump belongs to the category of vane machinery, its working process, structure and shape of the characteristic curve are not the same as those of centrifugal pumps and other types of pumps.



        main feature:


        ●The vortex pump is the simplest high-lift pump. Compared to a centrifugal pump of the same size, its lift is 2 to 4 times higher than that of a centrifugal pump; it is much smaller and simpler in construction than a positive displacement pump.

        ●The efficiency of the vortex pump is very low (due to the large impact loss of the liquid in the flow channel), the maximum is no more than 45%, usually 15% to 40%. Therefore, it is difficult to make a high-power pump. From the perspective of vortex pumps produced today, the power generally does not exceed 30 kw. However, the efficiency of a centrifugal pump with a low specific speed is lower than that of a centrifugal pump, and therefore, the vortex pump is used in place of a low specific speed centrifugal pump.

        ● Most vortex pumps have self-priming capability. Some vortex pumps can also pump or pump vapor-liquid mixture, which is a powerless pump.

For open-type impellers, closed-flow vortex pumps, it has self-priming capability and is usually used for pumping; while open-type impellers and open-flow vortex pumps are used to transport liquids and cannot self-prime. Usually these two pumps are assembled together, the former as a vacuum pump and the latter as a working pump. For example, the vortex pump of a fuel truck has other vortex pumps.

         


        main application:

        ● The transport of acids, bases and other corrosive liquids in the chemical industry requires pumps with low flow rates, high lifts, slow chemical reaction rates and high corrosion resistance. Since the working parts of the vortex pump are simple, it is easy to achieve the above requirements.

        ● Pumping liquids with low media density (such as gasoline, alcohol, etc.). Because these liquids are easy to volatilize, they are often mixed with vapor and liquid during pumping, such as airports, car distribution stations, and even aircraft refueling. The vortex pump can perform vapor-liquid mixing and work under the above conditions, and the general time is short. Therefore, low efficiency is not a major problem.

        ● Pumping a liquid containing a gas and pumping a liquid containing a highly elastic gas (such as propane, butane, etc.). The partially evaporated liquid in the suction tube is pumped.

        ●Used for small automated pumping stations and agricultural water supply.

        ●Used for urban public construction, such as booster auxiliary pumps, household water, etc.

        Vortex pump common troubleshooting method:

               1, fault: vortex pump consumes too much power

        Solution: Loosen the packing gland and replace the impeller. Close the small gate valve to reduce the flow.

        2, failure: the vortex pump does not absorb water, the pressure gauge beats vigorously

        Solution: Fill the water, check the pipeline, and eliminate the air leakage.

        3. Fault: The outlet pressure gauge indicates that there is pressure, and the pump has little or no water. Solution: Reduce the pipe resistance.

        Solution: Check the motor steering to remove the impeller blockage. Increase the speed.

        4. Fault: vortex pump flow is lower than design flow

        Solution: Remove the blockage, replace the seal ring, and increase the speed to the specified value on the nameplate.

        5, fault: the sound in the vortex pump is abnormal, the pump does not produce water

        Solution: Check the suction pipe for blockage, clean the bottom valve, lower the liquid temperature or lower the water absorption height.

        6, fault: vortex pump noise

        Solution: Adjust the vortex pump and motor to ensure concentricity and replace the new bearing.

        7, fault: vortex pump bearing heat

        Solution: Refuel, change oil or oil with low viscosity. Replace the bearing. Adjust the pump and motor to ensure concentricity.

        8. Fault: The vacuum gauge indicates a high vacuum and the pump still does not absorb water.

        Solution: Check the flexibility of the bottom valve to remove the blockage and try to make the suction pipe as simple as possible. Reduce the water absorption height.

        9, fault: pump vibration

        Solution: Adjust the pump and motor to align the axis. The impeller passes the balance test. The unbalanced weight requirement is about 3 grams, and the bearing is replaced.
