FY系列氣動(dòng)漿料泵（簡稱：氣動(dòng)油桶泵，又名：氣動(dòng)插桶泵，氣動(dòng)泵、氣動(dòng)活塞泵、氣動(dòng)柱塞泵，氣動(dòng)濃漿泵，氣動(dòng)往復(fù)泵，氣動(dòng)打膠泵、氣動(dòng)抽液泵，氣動(dòng)防爆不銹鋼泵，皮革噴漿泵）。氣動(dòng)漿料泵采用氣壓差的作用，使活塞上下運(yùn)行，帶動(dòng)導(dǎo)料活塞開閉，起到提料的作用。調(diào)整給氣動(dòng)漿料泵工作氣體的流量與氣壓來控制和調(diào)節(jié)氣動(dòng)漿料泵送料流量。結(jié)合氣動(dòng)液壓控制系統(tǒng)能使之自動(dòng)化工作。

主要應(yīng)用：
FY系列氣動(dòng)漿料泵應(yīng)用于人造革、移膜革、壓延革、彩涂板、印染、醫(yī)藥、涂層、化工、紡織、噴漆、噴涂、薄膜鍍鋁、彩鋼瓦等行業(yè)。適用于高粘度（VIS）≤12萬CPS/25℃的化工漿料輸送。
維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：
●FY系列氣動(dòng)插桶泵在使用過程中防止撞擊缸體部位避免變形，發(fā)生活塞卡死現(xiàn)象，造成報(bào)廢
●活塞在運(yùn)行壹佰萬余次后，根據(jù)空壓機(jī)送氣過程中水份積留情況應(yīng)清缸體，涂注30#潤滑油。
●如經(jīng)久不用，應(yīng)在溶劑內(nèi)工作狀清洗，防止?jié){料凍結(jié)，阻塞導(dǎo)料管。
注意事項(xiàng)：
●在工作中，如缸體部位發(fā)熱（以手感熱為準(zhǔn)），應(yīng)立即加30#潤滑油。
●使用過程中如調(diào)節(jié)螺母松動(dòng)，發(fā)生漏料，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整螺母。

maintenance:
●FY series pneumatic drum pump prevents the impact of the cylinder part from being deformed during use, resulting in piston jamming, resulting in scrapping
● After the piston has been in operation for more than 10,000 times, the cylinder should be cleaned according to the water accumulation during the air supply of the air compressor, and 30# lubricant should be applied.
● If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned in the solvent to prevent the slurry from freezing and blocking the guide tube.
Precautions:
● In the work, if the cylinder part is hot (according to the heat of the hand), 30# lubricant should be added immediately.
● If the adjusting nut is loose during use, the material leakage should occur and the nut should be adjusted in time.
