本泵系單級(jí)單吸立式液下泵，主要部件有蝸殼、葉輪、泵座、泵殼、支撐筒、電機(jī)座、電動(dòng)機(jī)等組成。蝸殼、泵座、電機(jī)座、葉輪螺母是生鐵鑄造、耐腐性、耐腐蝕性較好，加工工藝方便。
葉輪為三片單園弦彎葉，選用半封閉葉輪，并采用可鍛鑄鐵、所以強(qiáng)度高，耐腐蝕；加工方便，通過性好，效率高。

主要應(yīng)用：

立式泥漿泵使用須知：
1、使用電源必須是三相四線制，若無接地線，必須加裝，以防漏電。工作時(shí)，須在就近裝有與電機(jī)相符的電路熔斷器和幵關(guān)，以防葉輪雜物卡死時(shí)燒壞電機(jī)。
2、本污水泵使用時(shí)可不必安裝任何基礎(chǔ)裝置即能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，只要斜靠牢固即可，必要時(shí)用繩索系牢以防意外。起動(dòng)后必須檢查電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，不得反轉(zhuǎn)超過一分鐘。
3、當(dāng)被吸送的液體中含有較多的雜草、鐵絲、木條、磚塊等雜物時(shí)，必須事先盡量清除掉、并可采取加放鐵絲籃等方法，防止雜物吸入泵內(nèi)造成葉輪打壞，卡死和管道阻塞等事故。
4、泵體在吸泥及其他污濁物后應(yīng)給予短期吸水，以便沖洗泵體及管道內(nèi)部。
5、在露天工作時(shí)，電機(jī)應(yīng)裝護(hù)罩，以防雨水等浸入電機(jī)。
6、在河底，池底吸泥宜吊掛在三腳架上，并可擱在浮筒或船上移動(dòng)作業(yè)，在進(jìn)行土方工程作業(yè)時(shí)，高壓水沖碎的土塊直徑不得大于吸入口三分之一。
7、本泵規(guī)定的轉(zhuǎn)速是泵的*轉(zhuǎn)速，不得任意提高；減低轉(zhuǎn)速使用不限，但功效顯著降低。

Instructions for use of vertical mud pump:
1. The power supply must be three-phase four-wire system. If there is no grounding wire, it must be installed to prevent leakage. When working, the circuit fuses and switches that match the motor must be installed nearby to prevent the motor from being burnt out when the impeller is stuck.
2. The sewage pump can be operated without any basic equipment when it is used. As long as it is leaning firmly, it can be fastened with a rope to prevent accidents if necessary. The direction of motor rotation must be checked after starting and must not be reversed for more than one minute.
3. When the liquid to be sucked contains more weeds, iron wire, wood strips, bricks and other debris, it must be removed as much as possible beforehand, and a wire basket can be added to prevent the debris from being sucked into the pump. Caused the impeller to be broken, stuck and blocked.
4. The pump body should be given short-term water absorption after sucking mud and other dirty materials, so as to flush the inside of the pump body and the pipeline.
5. When working in the open air, the motor should be equipped with a shield to prevent rainwater from entering the motor.
6. At the bottom of the river, the suction at the bottom of the pool should be hung on a tripod and can be moved on a pontoon or on a ship. When doing earthwork, the diameter of the clods crushed by high-pressure water should not exceed one-third of the suction port. .
7. The rated speed of the pump is the maximum speed of the pump, and it must not be arbitrarily increased; the use of the reduced speed is not limited, but the effect is significantly reduced.
8. When the sewage lifting pump sucks thick mud, thick liquid or high lift, and the slurry is transported for a long distance, the load is reduced, but the method of changing the structure cannot be used to increase the load.
9. Normal operation for about 1250 hours, carry out regular maintenance of the pump, disassemble the pump seat to check the bearing, and seal the pump, clean and replace the butter, replace the oil seal, bushing and other parts if necessary. 10. When the product is stopped for a long time, the volute should be dismantled, the parts dried and coated with oil on the opposite moving joint surface, and stored in a dry place for later use.
