使用注意事項：
●抽沙泵在工作現(xiàn)場固定后，應(yīng)先檢查原動機主軸與泵主軸是否在同一軸線上，若不同軸應(yīng)即作精準調(diào)整。
●泵的進出水管路應(yīng)有承載支撐，避免管路重力施加于泵體。管路安裝應(yīng)從泵進出口法蘭向外延伸，并立即做好支撐定位。

●泵性能表中的吸程是指常溫清水條件下泵的抗汽蝕特性。在抽送泥沙作業(yè)時應(yīng)盡可能使泵的壓力為正壓。泥沙中含有較大固體顆粒時泵的流量揚程也會受到影響，選型時應(yīng)對介質(zhì)情況予以考量。
●更換葉輪、襯板等易損件時應(yīng)對葉輪與前后襯板的間隙進行調(diào)整，葉輪與襯板軸向間隙的大小對泵的性能和使用壽命有較大影響。
●請及時適量對軸承部位加注潤滑油脂。
●泵在工作中出現(xiàn)異常震動、噪聲及軸承溫升過高時，應(yīng)即停機檢查。

Precautions for use:
