加藥攪拌機(jī)裝置，在水處理工程中加藥箱主要用于各種藥劑的攪拌、溶解、儲(chǔ)存，再通過(guò)計(jì)量泵或水射器將藥液投加到各投加點(diǎn)。加藥箱外形分為方形和圓形，材質(zhì)為聚乙烯（PE），通過(guò)滾塑技術(shù)一次成型，上部預(yù)設(shè)了計(jì)量泵及攪拌機(jī)的安裝位置，攪拌機(jī)、加藥箱、計(jì)量泵三合一，使用非常方便。
主要特點(diǎn)：
●高速比和高效率
單級(jí)傳動(dòng)，就能達(dá)到 1：87的減速比，效率90%以上，如果采用多級(jí)傳動(dòng)，減速比更大。
●結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊體積小
由于采用了行星傳動(dòng)原理，輸入軸與輸出軸在同一心線上，使其機(jī)型獲得盡可能小的尺寸。
●運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)噪聲低

加藥攪拌機(jī)攪拌注意事項(xiàng)：
●攪拌器需有正確的安裝和使用才能保證安全長(zhǎng)周期的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
●安裝人員應(yīng)有相應(yīng)的資質(zhì)和熟悉機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝知識(shí)的人員來(lái)進(jìn)行安裝工作。
●攪拌器需垂直安裝，垂直度偏差應(yīng)不大于5度。
●攪拌系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)禁攪拌固體和粘度大的液體。
●電機(jī)和軸承溫度不能在超過(guò)75℃情況下運(yùn)行。
●電機(jī)和軸承及變速箱不能在缺潤(rùn)滑油情況下運(yùn)行。
●攪拌器軸和葉片不能在彎曲或變形情況下運(yùn)行。如發(fā)現(xiàn)軸有彎曲現(xiàn)象或葉片有變形現(xiàn)象則應(yīng)立即停機(jī)進(jìn)行處理或更換。

Imported dosing mixer device, in the water treatment project, the dosing box is mainly used for stirring, dissolving and storing various chemicals, and then the drug solution is added to each feeding point through a metering pump or a water ejector. ● The agitator needs to be properly installed and used to ensure stable operation for a long period of safety.
● The installer should have the appropriate qualifications and personnel familiar with the installation of mechanical equipment to carry out the installation work.
● The stirrer should be installed vertically, and the deviation of verticality should be no more than 5 degrees.
● Stirring system is strictly prohibited to stir solid and viscous liquid.
● Motor and bearing temperatures cannot be operated above 75 °C.
● Motors and bearings and gearboxes cannot be operated without lubricant.
? The agitator shaft and blades cannot be operated under bending or deformation. If the shaft is found to be bent or the blade is deformed, stop it immediately for disposal or replacement.
