進口液環(huán)真空泵有單級、雙級之分，以及單作用和雙作用區(qū)別。單級和雙級真空泵指其葉輪的級數(shù)；單/雙作用指其葉輪/殼體的形式，單作用葉輪真空泵的葉輪旋轉一周氣體經歷一次吸入/排出；雙作用的真空泵其葉輪旋轉一周經歷兩次氣體的吸入與排出。
