        KAYSEN凱森三螺桿泵概述

        三螺桿泵是依靠泵體與螺桿所形成,當(dāng)主動(dòng)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí),帶動(dòng)與其嚙合的從動(dòng)螺桿一起轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),吸入腔一端的螺桿嚙合空間容積逐漸增大,壓力降低。

        液體在壓差作用下進(jìn)入嚙合空間容積。當(dāng)容積增至*而形成一個(gè)密封腔時(shí),液體就在一個(gè)個(gè)密封腔內(nèi)連續(xù)地沿軸向移動(dòng),直至排出腔一端。這時(shí)排出腔一端的螺桿嚙合空間容積逐漸縮小,而將液體排出。三螺桿泵的工作原理與齒輪泵相似,只是在結(jié)構(gòu)上用螺桿取代了齒輪。表為各種螺桿泵的特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用范圍。三螺桿泵的流量和壓力脈沖很小,噪聲和振動(dòng)小,有自吸能力,但螺桿加工較困難。泵有單吸式和雙吸式兩種結(jié)構(gòu),但單螺桿泵僅有單吸式。三螺桿泵必須配帶安全閥(單螺桿泵不必配帶),以防止由于某種原因如排出管堵塞使泵的出口壓力超過(guò)容許值而損壞泵或原動(dòng)機(jī)。

        三螺桿泵是利用螺桿的回轉(zhuǎn)來(lái)吸排液體的。中間螺桿為主動(dòng)螺桿,由原動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)回轉(zhuǎn),兩邊的螺桿為從動(dòng)螺桿,隨主動(dòng)螺桿作反向旋轉(zhuǎn)。主、從動(dòng)螺 桿的螺紋均為雙頭螺紋。

        三螺桿泵是螺桿式式容積泵。在三螺矸泵中,由于主螺桿與從動(dòng)螺桿上螺旋槽相互嚙合及它們與襯套三孔內(nèi)表面的配合,得以在泵的與出口之間形成數(shù)級(jí)動(dòng)密封室,這些動(dòng)密封室將不斷把液體由泵軸向移動(dòng)到泵出 口,并使所輸送液體逐級(jí)升壓。從而形成一個(gè)連續(xù)、平穩(wěn)、軸向移動(dòng)的壓力液體。三螺桿泵所輸送液體為不含固體顆粒,無(wú)腐蝕性油類及類似油的潤(rùn)滑性液體,粘度1.2~100oE(3.0~760cst),高粘度液體亦可通過(guò)加溫降粘后輸送,其溫度不超過(guò)150oC。

        主要特點(diǎn):

        由于各螺桿的相互嚙合以及螺桿與襯筒內(nèi)壁的緊密配合,在泵的吸入口和排出口之間,就會(huì)被分隔成一個(gè)或多個(gè)密封空間。隨著螺桿的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和嚙合,這些密封空間在泵的吸入端不斷形成,將吸入室中的液體封入其中,并自吸入室沿螺桿軸向連續(xù)地推移至排出端,將封閉在 各空間中的液體不斷排出,猶如一螺母在螺紋回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)被不斷向前推進(jìn)的情形那樣,其中螺紋圈數(shù)看做液體,當(dāng)螺釘旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)螺紋在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)就相當(dāng)于液體在螺桿泵里面的情形,這就是螺桿泵的基本工作原理。

        螺桿與殼體之間的密封面是一個(gè)空間曲面。在這個(gè)曲面上存在著諸如ab或de之類的非密封區(qū),并且與螺桿的凹槽部分形成許多三角形的缺口abc、def。這些三角形 的缺口構(gòu)成液體的通道,使主動(dòng)螺桿凹槽A與從動(dòng)螺桿上的凹槽B、C相連通。而凹槽B、C又沿著自己的螺線繞向背面, 并分別和背面的凹槽D、E相連通。由于在槽D、E與槽F(它屬于另一頭螺線)相銜接的密封面上,也存在著類似于正面的三角形缺口a’b’c’,所以D、F、E也將相通。這樣,凹槽ABCDEA也就組成一個(gè)“∞” 形的密封空間(如采用單頭螺紋,則凹槽將順軸向盤(pán)饒螺桿,將吸排口貫通,無(wú)法形成密封)。不難想象,在這樣的螺桿 上,將形成許多個(gè)獨(dú)立的“∞”形密封空間,每一個(gè)密封空間所占有的軸向長(zhǎng)度恰好等于累桿的導(dǎo)程t。因此,為了使螺桿能吸、排油口分隔開(kāi)來(lái),螺桿的螺紋段的長(zhǎng)度至少要大于一個(gè)導(dǎo)程。
