德國KAYSEN凱森進口羅茨風(fēng)機概述
進口羅茨風(fēng)機具有中等負(fù)載，*風(fēng)量5709m3/h，*功率為117KW。同步斜齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)使風(fēng)機具有更低的噪音及平穩(wěn)的運行狀態(tài)。重載荷金屬支架軸承使風(fēng)機在較高的載荷工況下依舊保持*的性能表現(xiàn)和更長的壽命。密封采用機械密封結(jié)構(gòu)，確保其密封性更加優(yōu)秀。該系列風(fēng)機可以選擇水平安裝或者垂直安裝啦滿足不同的工況。
主要特點：
進口羅茨風(fēng)機采用活塞環(huán)密封設(shè)計能夠滿足高轉(zhuǎn)速的要求，*轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá)3000rpm，所有與密封面接觸的軸端面都經(jīng)過拋光處理，以減少密封面的磨損，并降低其泄漏風(fēng)險。擺線式葉輪線性設(shè)計能夠輸送更高壓力的氣體，*壓力可達(dá)1.05bar（g)。齒輪材質(zhì)全部為熱處理后的合金鋼，分體式齒輪設(shè)計更便于安裝拆卸。另外特殊的殼體設(shè)計，即使在輸送高壓力氣體時也無需水冷。
