KAYSEN凱森冷凝泵概述
冷凝泵用于火力發(fā)電廠輸送冷凝水及其它類似于冷凝水的其它液體。本泵有較好的吸入性能。個(gè)別型泵可輸送120℃以內(nèi)的液體，其它泵輸送液體溫度不能超過80℃。個(gè)別型泵分別在填料函體和填料壓蓋處通人冷卻水后可做疏水泵用。
主要特點(diǎn)：
冷凝泵是利用低溫表面冷凝氣體的真空泵，又稱冷凝泵。冷凝泵是獲得清潔真空的極限壓力*、抽氣速率*的真空泵，廣泛應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體和集成電路的研究和生產(chǎn)，以及分子束研究、真空鍍膜設(shè)備、真空表面分析儀器、離子注入機(jī)和空間模擬裝置等方面。被廣泛的應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體材料制作、平板顯示器生產(chǎn)/測(cè)試設(shè)備、太陽能制造業(yè)、真空鍍膜、熱真空系統(tǒng)等。
