水環(huán)真空泵（品質(zhì)）
KAYSEN凱森渣漿泵概述
水環(huán)真空泵內(nèi)裝有帶固定葉片的偏心轉(zhuǎn)子，將水（液體）拋向定子壁，水（液體）形成與定子同心的液環(huán)，液環(huán)與轉(zhuǎn)子葉片一起構(gòu)成可變?nèi)莘e的一種旋轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)莘e真空泵。水環(huán)真空泵適用于抽除氣體和水蒸氣，吸氣壓力可以達(dá)到33mbar絕壓(97%真空度)。當(dāng)用變壓器油作為工作液時(shí)（稱為油環(huán)真空泵），吸氣壓力可達(dá)到6.7mbar絕壓(99.3%真空度），可以完全取代往復(fù)式真空泵。
主要特點(diǎn)：
水環(huán)真空泵（簡(jiǎn)稱水環(huán)泵）是一種粗真空泵，它所能獲得的極限真空為2000~4000Pa，與真空泵組成機(jī)組真空度可達(dá)1~600Pa。水環(huán)泵也可用作壓縮機(jī)，稱為水環(huán)式壓縮機(jī)，是屬于低壓的壓縮機(jī)，其壓力范圍為1~2×105Pa表壓力。由于真空應(yīng)用技術(shù)的飛躍發(fā)展，水環(huán)泵在粗真空獲得方面一直被人們所重視。由于水環(huán)泵中氣體壓縮是等溫的，故可抽除易燃、易爆的氣體，此外還可抽除含塵、含水的氣體，因此，水環(huán)泵應(yīng)用日益增多。
在泵體中裝有適量的水作為工作液。當(dāng)葉輪按圖中指示的方向順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，水被葉輪拋向四周，由于離心力的作用，水形成了一個(gè)決定于泵腔形狀的近似于等厚度的封閉圓環(huán)。水環(huán)的上部分內(nèi)表面恰好與葉輪輪轂相切，水環(huán)的下部?jī)?nèi)表面剛好與葉片頂端接觸（實(shí)際上葉片在水環(huán)內(nèi)有一定的插入深度）。此時(shí)葉輪輪轂與水環(huán)之間形成一個(gè)月牙形空間，而這一空間又被葉輪分成葉片數(shù)目相等的若干個(gè)小腔。如果以葉輪的上部0°為起點(diǎn)，那么葉輪在旋轉(zhuǎn)前180°時(shí)小腔的容積由小變大，且與端面上的吸氣口相通，此時(shí)氣體被吸入，當(dāng)吸氣終了時(shí)小腔則與吸氣口隔絕；當(dāng)葉輪繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，小腔由大變小，使氣體被壓縮；當(dāng)小腔與排氣口相通時(shí)，氣體便被排出泵外。
綜上所述，水環(huán)泵是靠泵腔容積的變化來實(shí)現(xiàn)吸氣、壓縮和排氣的，因此它屬于變?nèi)菔秸婵毡谩?/p>
