德國KAYSEN凱森進口襯氟電動概述
進口襯氟電動隔膜泵是該產(chǎn)品具有良好的物理性能，以F46為內(nèi)襯材料，可適用于任何酸、堿及各類有機溶劑。如王水，氫氧化鉀等，應用范圍極其廣泛系列泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)美觀，良好的物理抗性，經(jīng)久耐用等特點，對于各種腐蝕性液體、帶顆粒、高粘度、易揮發(fā)、易燃、易爆、劇毒的液體、陶瓷釉漿、果漿、膠水、油輪倉底油回收、臨時倒罐等液體均能予以抽光吸盡，尤其可以解決葉片式泵的跑、冒、滴、漏及不允許空轉(zhuǎn)等問題，是目前國內(nèi)*穎的一種采用壓縮空氣為動力源，通過氣閥往復運動分配空氣，帶動隔膜擠壓輸送介質(zhì)的容積式泵，該泵集雜質(zhì)泵、自吸泵、泥漿泵、屏蔽泵、潛水泵等輸送機械的優(yōu)點。
主要特點：
●不需灌引水，吸程高達7m，揚程達50m，出口壓 力≥ 6kgf/cm2;
●流動寬敞，通過性能好，允許通過*顆粒直徑 達10mm。抽送泥 漿、雜質(zhì)時，對泵磨損甚微;
●揚程、流量可通過氣閥開度實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)節(jié)（氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在 1-7kgf/cm2之間 ）;
●該泵無旋轉(zhuǎn)部件，沒有軸封，隔膜將抽送的介質(zhì)與泵的 運動部件、工作 介質(zhì)完全隔開，所輸送的介質(zhì)不會向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易發(fā)揮或腐蝕性介質(zhì)時，不 會造成環(huán)境污 染和危害人身安全;
●不必用電，在易燃、易爆場所使用安全可靠;
●可以浸沒在介質(zhì)中工作;
●作用方便、工作可靠、開停只需簡單地打開和關閉氣體 閥門，即使由于 意外情況而長時間無介質(zhì)運行或突然停機，泵也不會因此而損壞，不旦超負荷，泵會自動 地停機，具有 自我保護性能，當負荷恢復正常后，又有自動啟動運行;
●結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、易損件少，該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，安裝、維修方便 ，泵輸送的介質(zhì) 不會接觸到配氣閥，聯(lián)桿等運動部件，不象其他類型的泵因轉(zhuǎn)子、活塞、齒輪、葉片等部 件的磨損而使 性能逐步下降;
●可輸送較粘的液體（粘度在1萬厘泊以下）;
●本泵無須用油潤滑，即使空轉(zhuǎn)，對泵也無任何影響， 這是該泵一大特點 。
