KAYSEN凱森進(jìn)口氟塑料泵概述：
氟料泵顧名思義就是內(nèi)襯氟塑料的泵，按照其結(jié)構(gòu)形式一般可分為：襯氟離心泵、襯氟磁力泵、襯氟自吸泵。 襯氟泵泵體采用先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝以金屬外殼緊襯氟塑料（F46、F4等）制造，泵的承重部分為金屬材料具有機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、耐壓性強(qiáng)、抗機(jī)械沖擊力優(yōu)越等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；主要過(guò)流部件葉輪、 泵蓋等均采用金屬嵌件外包氟塑料一次性高溫模壓而成。在-20℃～150℃溫度條件下長(zhǎng)期輸送任意濃度的硫酸、鹽酸、*、硝酸、王水、強(qiáng)堿、強(qiáng)氧化劑等強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)而毫不受損。
主要特點(diǎn)：
以F4為代表的氟塑料具有一系列優(yōu)良的使用特性，耐高溫長(zhǎng)期使用溫度達(dá)160℃。耐低溫在-100℃以下仍柔軟，耐腐蝕能耐王水和一切切有機(jī)溶劑。
一：目前國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的內(nèi)襯氟塑料型耐腐蝕泵（大型泵）如：IHF氟塑料驅(qū)動(dòng)大型磁力泵內(nèi)襯材、FSB氟塑料離心泵、FZB氟塑料自吸泵及襯氟鋼管等質(zhì)均為聚全氟代乙丙烯（FEP，簡(jiǎn)稱F46）內(nèi)襯F46泵及具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性和良好的剛性，并能耐沖擊、耐振動(dòng)和耐扭曲，已廣泛地應(yīng)用在石油、化工工業(yè)中輸送腐蝕性液體和氣體?？稍谙铝袟l件下使用：溫度-80℃~+160℃，壓力≤16公斤/厘米2，真空范圍（瞬時(shí)，常溫）400mmHg柱。在使用過(guò)程中，顯出了它特有的性能。
應(yīng)用及效益例舉如下：
（1）使用性能和耐腐蝕性能優(yōu)于酚醛膠泥、搪瓷制品，襯玻璃制品和不銹鋼等材料。尤其是使用在強(qiáng)氧化劑存在的場(chǎng)合，使用壽命較上述材料可提高一至數(shù)倍，特別指出，它們能經(jīng)受醚類介質(zhì)的滲透腐蝕。
（2）能經(jīng)得起各種腐蝕介質(zhì)的考驗(yàn)。在已使用過(guò)程的介質(zhì)中，有溴、苯、甲醛、鹽酸、鹽酸鹽、50%硫酸、12%NaSCN、HSCN、異丙醚、22%NaOH、氯苯水，對(duì)苯磺酸、99.5%氯氣、95~90%叔丁基次氯酸鹽、0.51%游離氯、11~12%氯丙醇水溶液（PH=2~3）、氯丙醇、氯丙酮BB一二氯異丙醚、二氯丙烷、100%苯、次氯酸、CCL4等。
（3）在各種腐蝕性介質(zhì)同時(shí)存在的情況下，即使160℃左右也可使用。例如，666氯化液中含有苯（100%）、次氯酸、鹽酸等各種腐蝕介質(zhì)，既有強(qiáng)有機(jī)溶劑，又有強(qiáng)的氧化性介質(zhì)，還有強(qiáng)酸等，除F46，F(xiàn)4以外，難找到一種合適的材料能同時(shí)耐這些介質(zhì)交替或同時(shí)腐蝕。
（4）使用后有明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。
二目前國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的全氟（氟塑料合金）型耐腐蝕泵（小型泵）如：CQF氟塑料驅(qū)動(dòng)小型磁力泵，F(xiàn)SB氟塑料離心泵等及其他泵葉輪等配件所用材質(zhì)均為中國(guó)上海中科院專利材料--氟塑料合金（F4與F46及少量添加劑按一定比例混合加工而成）。
氟塑料合金具有無(wú)可比擬的耐腐蝕性和機(jī)械強(qiáng)度耐沖擊、耐振動(dòng)、耐扭曲及無(wú)毒素分解。
