不銹鋼污水泵屬于離心雜質(zhì)泵的一種，可輸送帶有酸性、堿性或其他腐蝕性的污水，廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、石油、輕工、食品、制藥、釀造、環(huán)保及污水處理等行業(yè)。
不銹鋼污水泵具有多種形式：如潛水式和干式二種，目前最常見的潛水式為不銹鋼潛水污水泵，最常見的干式污水泵如臥式不銹鋼污水泵。
根據(jù)不銹鋼材質(zhì)，又可以分為304不銹鋼污水泵、316不銹鋼污水泵和316L不銹鋼污水泵。三者的耐腐蝕性能是遞增的，這主要取決于不銹鋼材質(zhì)的含鎳量的多少。

●電泵采用雙端面機(jī)械密封裝置，具有密封可靠使用安全的特點(diǎn)。密封件及電纜線根據(jù)介質(zhì)條件使用耐腐蝕氟橡膠，安全衛(wèi)生。
●泵的整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小、重量輕、檢修方便，潛水液下即可使用。電泵內(nèi)部安裝有過熱電流保護(hù)器，防止電機(jī)因過載而過熱。
不銹鋼污水泵是單級、單吸、懸臂式離心污水泵。泵吸入口為軸向水平方向，泵排出口可根據(jù)需要裝成水平或垂直方向。主要由泵蓋、泵殼、葉輪、軸封、軸、和托架等零部件組成。軸封采用新穎的雙端面機(jī)械密封結(jié)構(gòu)形式，泵與電機(jī)安裝在共同底盤上，通過彈性聯(lián)軸器由電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動。
