進(jìn)口不銹鋼電動(dòng)隔膜泵是一種新型的泵類，近年來、由于在隔膜材質(zhì)上取得了突破性的進(jìn)展，國(guó)際上越來越多的工業(yè)化國(guó)家采用此種型式的泵，取代部份離心泵、螺桿泵來應(yīng)用于石化、陶瓷、冶金等行業(yè)。
主要特點(diǎn)：
●不需灌引水，自吸能力達(dá)7米以上
●通過性能好，直徑在10毫米以下的顆粒、泥漿等均可以毫不費(fèi)力地通過
●由于隔膜將被輸送介質(zhì)和傳動(dòng)機(jī)械件分開，所以介質(zhì)*不會(huì)向外泄漏。且泵本身無軸封，使用壽命大大延長(zhǎng)。根據(jù)不同介質(zhì)，隔膜分為氯丁橡膠、氟橡膠、丁晴橡膠等，完全可以滿足不同用戶的要求
●體積小重量輕：由于采用了行星擺線傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，故使泵型獲得小尺寸如與同類型泵來比較，其體積重量均下降一半左右
●泵體介質(zhì)流經(jīng)部份，可根據(jù)用戶要求，分為鑄鐵、不銹鋼、襯膠、電機(jī)分為普通式和防爆式(B3d)兩種，目前該泵正應(yīng)用在下列場(chǎng)合
