無閥式運(yùn)行柱塞計(jì)量泵常規(guī)系列帶有旋轉(zhuǎn)控制柱塞，這種泵的運(yùn)行是通過柱塞往復(fù)移動(dòng)和旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)完成的。
這樣，柱塞本身就可以打開和關(guān)閉吸入和輸出口，而不需要閥，這種泵的沖程頻率工作范圍廣。
基于這種原理，常規(guī)泵可以計(jì)量高粘度甚至含有大顆粒雜質(zhì)的液體。

Based on this principle, conventional pumps can meter liquids with high viscosity even containing large particles of impurities.
The material of the pump head is stainless steel, and the plunger and its cavity are protected by a special coating.
Depending on the application, the pump head can also be made of a better material.
The gap between the plunger and the cavity is mainly used to fill the seal for metering high viscosity liquids.
The small sunroof at the back of the pump head is sealed with a rubber ring seal. The direction of liquid flow in the metering pump is selected by the mounting method of the plunger. Rotate the pump head around the horizontal axis to achieve repeated suction of liquid.
