氟塑料泵可在下列條件下使用：溫度-80℃~+160℃，壓力≤16公斤/厘米2，真空范圍（瞬時(shí)，常溫）400mmHg柱。在使用過程中，顯出了它特有的性能。應(yīng)用及效益例舉如下：
（1）使用性能和耐腐蝕性能優(yōu)于酚醛膠泥、搪瓷制品，襯玻璃制品和不銹鋼等材料。尤其是使用在強(qiáng)氧化劑存在的場(chǎng)合，使用壽命較上述材料可提高一至數(shù)倍，特別指出，它們能經(jīng)受醚類介質(zhì)的滲透腐蝕。

目前業(yè)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的全氟（氟塑料合金）型耐腐蝕泵（小型泵）如：CQB氟塑料驅(qū)動(dòng)小型磁力泵，F(xiàn)SB氟塑料離心泵等及其他泵葉輪等配件所用材質(zhì)均為中國(guó)上海中科院專利材料--氟塑料合金（F4與F46及少量添加劑按一定比例混合加工而成）。
氟塑料合金具有無(wú)可比擬的耐腐蝕性和機(jī)械強(qiáng)度耐沖擊、耐振動(dòng)、耐扭曲及無(wú)毒素分解。
